Rally Reykjavik 2016

As the regulations are published in English only the following will be in the language of the Regulations.

Declaration of Indemnity I declare that:

1. I have read the supplementary regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them and the International Sporting Code of the FIA and the General Regulations of the Icelandic Motorsport Association (LIA) where applicable In consideration of the acceptance of this entry or of my being permitted to take part in this event I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Reykjavik Automobile Sports Club, such person persons or body as may be authorised by the Reykjavik Automobile Sports Club to promote or organise this event and their respective officials servants representatives and agents together with other competitors and their respecive servants representatives and agents from and against all actions claims costs expenses and demands in respect of death or injury or damage to myself howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this event and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies their officials servants representatives or agents

2. To the best of my belief the driver(s) possess(es) the standard of competence neccessary for an event of the type to which this entry relates and that the vehicle entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard to the course and the speeds which will be reached.

3. The use of the car hereby entered is covered by insurance as required by the law which is valid for such part of this event as shall take place on roads defined by the law.

4. I understand that should I at any time of this event be suffering from any disability wheather permanent or temporary which is likely to affect prejudically my normal control of the vehicle I may not take part unless I have declared such disablity to the Reykjavik Automobile Sports Club who have, following such declaration issued a licence which permits me to do so.

5. Any application form for a Licence, which was signed by a person under the age of 17 years, was countersigned by that person's parent/guardian/guarantor, whose full names and addresses have been given.

6. If I am the parent/Guardian/Guarantor of the driver I understand that I shall have the right to be present during any procedure being carried out under the Supplementary Regulations issued for this event and the General Regulations of the MSA.

Checking the checkbox below I declare that all of the information contained on the entry form is correct and that I acknowledge and agree in full to the terms and conditions of the above indemnity and that I accept all terms and conditions relating to my participation in this event Með því að haka í boxið hér fyrir neðan lýsi ég yfir að allar upplýsinar sem gefnar hafa verið upp á þátttökutilkynningu þessari eru réttar og ég staðfesti og samþykki að fullu skilmála ofangreindrar “Declaration of Indemnity” og að ég samþykki alla skilmála og fyrirvara sem varða þátttöku mína í þessari keppni.
